Informing the affected person about the protection of personal data during the implementation of the Hero Race in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDP’ regulation” or ‘GDPR’) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and the amendment of certain laws.

In the case that the affected person does not have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the information via the Internet, this information can be received in hard copy at the operator’s headquarters.
Consent within the meaning of Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR. The affected person has given consent to the processing of personal data to implement the HERO RACE (hereinafter referred to as the “race”) and follow the business and marketing activities of the operator.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, last name, date of birth, address, nationality, club, telephone, email, assigned starting number with name and the position on the starting list, final result, and position of the athlete score sheet, images, audiovisual and/or audio records.
Fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR related to the participation of the affected person in the HERO RACE race and the related delivery of ordered products or services.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, last name, address, telephone, and email.
Fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR when storing data about you and your registration and participation in HERO RACE races in our accounting or when making data available to the state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or implement decisions.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, last name, address, telephone, and email.
Protection of vital interests in the sense of Art. 6 par. 1 letter d) GDPR in case of emergencies.

Our legitimate interest within Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR lies in the complex security of your participation in the HERO RACE race, in service providing, marketing activities, security, and rights protection. In cases like that, we always carefully consider whether the processing will not unreasonably interfere with your rights.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data: first name, surname, date of birth, gender, nationality, address (street, city, zip code, state), telephone, email, club, details of the health insurance company, assigned start number with name and number on the starting register, the athlete’s final result, and position, the athlete’s payment data within the range of payment identification, photos, audiovisual and/or audio records. In the case of the participation of minors, the personal data of the legal representatives are also processed in the range of the first name, last name, address, email, and telephone.
We process personal data about the affected persons in the range of first name, last name, date of birth, gender, nationality, address (street, city, zip code, state), telephone, email, club, details of the health insurance company, assigned start number with name and number on the starting register, the athlete’s final result, and position, the athlete’s payment data within the range of payment identification, photos, audiovisual and/or audio records. In the case of the participation of minors, the personal data of the legal representatives are also processed in the range of name, surname, address, email, and telephone.
The affected persons are the participants of the HERO RACE and, in the case of minors, their legal representatives as well.
Our intermediaries are the recipients of personal data, entities providing IT services, in particular, services in the statistics and marketing fields, registration and presentation of race participants services, time measurements at events, processing of race start and result sheets, race information services, entities whose products and services can be ordered as part of the race organization, other entities determined by the law, in particular security forces, health insurance companies, public authorities according to the relevant legislation, health care providers, third entities to which the law entrusts with the power to decide on the rights and obligations of individuals (especially courts, the police, other state authorities responsible for exercising control over our activities, for resolving disputes or implementing decisions, or our legal and accounting advisors and auditors).
Our intermediaries process them for us, based on our instructions and following legitimate legislation. While complying with all safety, technical, and organizational actions to keep your data safe and protected.
